Shipping Policy

Items are packaged & shipped from Melbourne and should arrive within 2-7 days from date of dispatch.

International Orders

Please contact us to arrange a shipping quote prior to completing checkout.

Returns Policy

An item can be returned within 7 days of dispatch date.

This can be done by following the below process:

Contact us within 7 days of dispatch to advise of your return. (Please attach a photo of the item)
The item must be unopened, not used and in resale condition.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Once product is received and deemed ok for resale, a refund will be arranged.
Refunds will only be processed via the credit/debit card which was used for the purchase.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on the financial institution.

Damaged Products

If your goods are received and are damaged upon arrival, please let us know by taking the following action:

Please take a photo of the damaged product upon arrival.
Please attach the photo along with your order number details, and send it to us via the contact page.
Once we receive this we can start the return process.
